Aim of the course is to train Elettra staff and key user communities to use basic and advanced features of the latest release of the PyMCA software package by Vicente Armando Sole (ESRF); to introduce experimenters to the use of hierarchical data format (HDF) for correlative research; and to introduce user communities to the ELETTRA scientific computing infrastructure.

and the DORII middleware components.
